Double Down Review
Yesterday, after work, I swung by the KFC on Waters Ave. to try out the much-hyped Double Down sandwich. On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest, I give it a 4. The fried chicken breasts were very good and there was plenty of cheese. However, it could have used more bacon and a little more special sauce. Has anyone else tried it yet?

Was it a lot of food? Were you hungry after? I think I'm gonna pick one up after work today.
I only got the sandwich and I was not hungry afterwards. However, I ate it between lunch and dinner. I think it can definitely serve as a meal, especially if you get the combo.
i've heard complaints about the cheese. any issues there?
I was under the impression the special sauce is just mayonnaise. Confirm/deny?
No complaints about the cheese here. The special sauce is like a tangy mayonnaise, similar to Zaxby's sauce.
