Please God let this be true. Snuffy you better not be playing with us. No single act would put BC back on the map more than this painless, simple decision.
It's 99% done! The initial classifications will be released by the GHSA this week. Schools then have 14 days to petition to play up. After that 14-day period, the GHSA will begin placing teams into regions. The Athletics Department's recommendation to the Administration is to rejoin 5A. I see no reason why the Administration would go against that recommendation.
Might actually open up my wallet again for ol' BC. Not that I have much, if anything, to donate, but it sounds like things might finally be trending in the right direction over there and, if so, that deserves attention.
I'm still highly skeptical the administration will actually pull through and make the right decision about something for the first time a decade, though.
Also, that region pretty much guarantees region championships in soccer (Windsor had decent teams when I was there) and golf I would imagine. And you gotta figure we have a great shot at grabbing one of the 4 football playoff spots.
Shit if we'd played in this region this year we'd only have lost to Camden and maybe Bradwell. And right now we'd be talking about who we'd be hosting in the first round. And so would the Savannah Morning News.

You are the biggest tease of all time, Snuffy.

Current 3-AAAAA:
Beach
Bradwell Institute
Camden County
Groves
Jenkins
Johnson, Savannah
Savannah
Savannah Arts Academy
Windsor Forest
If I played in that region in high school, we would have never lost a tennis match my freshman, junior, or senior year.
