Global Warming

Does anyone here believe in the "global warming problem?"
Do you think it's man-made?
Check out this statistic. http://lwf.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/climate/research/cag3/na.html

I'm not well versed in the global warming debate, but I think it's a bunch of crap.

There are natural variations in temperature that occur, so a sample size of 100 years would not be able to give you an accurate representation. You have to look at trends over thousands of years to see accurate abnormalities.
The earth is warming and if you don't believe me just look at this picture taken from space:

Yeah, I'm fine with the fact that the earth is warming.
So, because of natrual variations, you do not believe in the man made theory, right?

I'm not sure, but I do know that either way I'm going to drive my SUV and not feel guilty about it. All I was saying was that from a scientific view point, you can't use just a 100 year time span to prove your point. I'm not making any bold statements.

I checked out on this issue about a year or two ago. Google "global warming." You click on one link where the writer posts all these quotes and links from scientists and "experts" who say that global warming is real and is our fault.

Then you go back to the Google results, click the link under the first one, and same thing, except all the quotes support the theory that global warming is a myth.

That's annoying, and I failed freshman Biology when I was a senior in college. So I don't have time for this.

Ya'll are missing the whole point. The question is not whether global warming is happening, or even whether humans are causing it. The question is, even if it is true and even if we are causing it, so what?
