Nanny states like the UK pump tons of welfare and subsidies to constituents... mainly for politicians to get re-elected. Then, when times are tough and the government downsizes the redistribution of wealth, the crack heads go through withdrawal and tear shit up. Notice also that while people are getting welfare, like crack, they sit on their asses. When they run out of money or crack, it's time to commit crime.

Cameron is doing all the right things by slashing welfare. Now he just needs to let people own guns. It would take care of everything.
