Well, the good thing is a Court Martial is merely a trial. He has not been convicted yet. Also, as mentioned in the article, Lamar is going in front of a "special court martial", which is less severe than a "general court martial." With that being said, the victims case may not be totally sound. Even if Lamar is found innocent, his career is shot.
The "special court martial" in the article is on someone else. The article says that it is an "unnamed cadet". I am pretty sure Lamar is under general court martial which sucks.

If it turns out he raped the girl, he'll be found guilty.
If he didn't rape her, then he'll probably be okay.
There's no way he did it. I refuse to believe it.
