Hate to sound like a broken record but these charts we keep seeing always conveniently leave out the fact that the bottom 40% of wage earners pay no income tax. So they're not really getting a tax cut, they're getting a welfare check. How is that not wealth redistribution?

We were talking about that same fact today at work.
For those that don't pay tax, Obama wants to give them "refundable tax credits""... in other words wealth redistribution.
But Obama told Joe the plumber that "spreading the wealth around" works.
