Last month, Chatham County Commissioners approved a 3% sales tax on mixed drinks poured in unincorporated Chatham County. In this case I'm ignorant and don't know what unincorporated means, but get this; the money will be used to fund the operating costs of the county's DUI court. The tax goes into effect September 1st.

Unincorporated Chatham County is defined as land inside the county that is not a part of a municipality (Savannah, Thunderbolt, Tybee, Pooler, etc.) So, as long as you don't go to some hole-in-the-wall cracker bar out on Hwy 204, you should be ok.
Will, I'm pretty sure Wilmington Island is in unincorporated Chatham County, you piece of white trash.
Then stay away from the island too.
