The Greatest 15 Seconds in Pop Music History

I firmly believe that the 15-second section of this one particular song is unbeatable on every level:

Tears for Fears - "Head Over Heels"
Begins at 1:25, ends at 1:40

It comes at the end of the first chorus, where he sings, "Don't take my heart, don't break my heart, don't, don't, don't throw it away." A new synthesizer line drops in and in a falsetto he sings, "Throw it away," a break, then "Throw it away" one more time before the second verse. He never does this again in the song.

Please challenge this with another 15 seconds of a pop song. Oh, and in advance: fake, silly answers are never funny in any context, ever. Just watch Letterman's Top 10 for proof.
