Tears for Fears responsible for the greatest 15 seconds in pop music history? I just hope these guys got a spot on the list somewhere.
The "15 seconds" would be the first few measures of this song, which was their first hit in the Spring of 1963 and which would change music for at least 1,000 years.

Thanks for responding and fulfilling my prediction that you would get really serious and historical. I'm just glad no one said "the first 15 seconds of My Humps." God, I hate fake, silly answers.
