Wait what was the "bolt of thunder" line about? Is Stroud from Thunderbolt? Or am I missing something really obvious?
The haiku ended up being wrong. I had heard Harry Miles might be the guy. He coaches at Johnson, which is in Thunderbolt, and he shares the same first name as Harry Deal. Maybe he will be Stroud's OC. Only time will tell.

I think there was an agreement between the school, Herndon, and Stroud from the beginning. Herndon was to coach only a few years before retirement, afterwhich Stroud would take over.
CHM will be at BC later down the road. I think he still has to prove himself. Article in the paper today made the resignation seem a little dicey...
